WHERE I AM

In the municipality of Fano, in a pleasant coastal area between Torrette and Ponte Sasso.
The context is touristic with a low population density.

The road system is comfortable and particularly slow
because you come here only to enjoy relaxation
and the main vehicular traffic stays beyond the railway line that runs along our coast.
But don't worry, getting to the city attractions
towards the pleasant relaxation of Fano, the nightlife of Senigallia or towards the art of Urbino
is quick and easy.

VIEW FROM OUTSIDE

You'll find me inside a residence called "La spiaggia", completed in 1982.
Its condition is excellent thanks to the constant maintenance that has been carried out over the years
culminating with the complete external renovation in 2020.
All areas, from the motorized gate to the fence, through the parking lots to the swimming pool
not forgetting the autoclave, have been renovated
because here, living well is not an option.

HOW I AM MADE INSIDE

You cross the threshold and from the entrance, on the left, the large living room with open kitchen immediately attracts your attention.
From here, the sea-facing terrace immediately invites you to take a nice, satisfying sigh.

From On the opposite side, you'll find the sleeping area with a double bedroom and a smaller bedroom that sleeps two, and from here you can also enjoy the sunrise on the terrace. The windows overlook every available side, with east, north, and northwest exposures: light and air from dawn to dusk, and well-being becomes a permanent fixture. WHAT'S HERE & WHAT'S NOT: The furnishings are complete, so you can keep some money in your pocket and finance your first stay here. I've already told you about the terrace, which is great for the view but also for dining with friends.

On the shared outdoor area you'll find a small green oasis, but the thing that stands out and draws all the attention is definitely the swimming pool, which makes you feel like a real gentleman.

No attic, it would be a climb to get up there, instead you can count on a large shared space where you can safely store your family's bikes, so you can go for a walk and forget about the car.

The car forgoes the garage, but can count on its assigned uncovered space inside the property.

WHEN DETAILS ARE NEVER ENOUGH,

The systems are original and perfectly functional.
The heating isn't needed, but you can have a hot shower, don't worry.
The boiler takes care of everything.

There is no air conditioning, but installing it is a breeze.
In any case, the heat isn't a problem because the sea breeze can be heard in the evening.

Double aluminum window frames and PVC roller shutters instead, they create the ideal barrier against saltiness and north winds.

MANAGEMENT

No constraints
and condominium fees of Eu.115 which alone are enough to cover all the expenses
of such a complete and enjoyable structure.
All utilities are independent.
